The Söring portfolio for liver surgery
Ultrasound dissection of the parenchyma
Use of the Söring ultrasound dissection for partial resection of the liver along the marked intersection in slightly oscillating movements in the frequency range of 25 or 35 kHz.
Different pen handpieces available. In combination with the Sonoca.
Safe surface coagulation
For surface coagulation, the forceps can be applied with light contact parallel to the tissue surface. The two arms are opened slightly in order to achieve the surface coagulation. Deeper coagulation is achieved by applying pressure to the tissue.
Safe surface coagulation without the formation of necroses on the resected liver surface is also possible simply and conveniently with cold plasma coagulation. The following instruments are available for selection for this procedure:
Söring NON-STICK bipolar irrigation forceps
Cold plasma coagulation (CPC)
Precise spot coagulation
Selective, precise spot coagulation is performed with closed or only slightly open arms placed directly at the point to be coagulated. The Söring NON-STICK bipolar irrigation forceps reliably prevents thermal effects on the surrounding tissue and adhesions of the forceps tips and tissue.
